Berlin, summer 2011. This summer was cold and rainy. This was uncommon for Berlin. In conjuction with two long and snowy winters in 2010 and 2011. This winter seems to be a rather mild.
As underground as I though this location is. Turns out 11 Freunde is a sports magazine… Reminds me travelling in the Himalayas and seeing Coca-Cola in the most remote villages. Globalisation at it’s best.

Another one of my day walk trips in the hood.
This train now for Yagi-nishiguchi Station will be arriving at track 8. Link To Song I was developing some photos on the computer and funnily enough the shuffle mode decided to choose this song while developing this photo.
I was lucky enough to find this graffiti artist doing a pieace in one of my favorite street art locations. He didn’t seem to mind I was taking photos :).

The Weihnachtsmarkt, or simply Christmas Markets begin a few weeks before Christmas. Perfect time to warm up with some Glühwein.
Cassiopeia, Friedrichshain Berlin has a really nice area to walk on the weekend. On sundays there’s a flea market with some bands playing outdoors and warm coffee stands. Saturdays the place is quite intimate.
It seems that Berlin is becoming a victim of it’s own popularity. The rent prices are going up. The alternative venues are becoming mainstream. Tourist behave like tourists and Berliners don’t like it!
Last year I went to the Kineret ( The Sea of Galilee). These colorful flowers were growing at the time. As soon as I saw them I loved the contrast of colors to the environment.
